Erik Menendez Back in Prison After Hospitalization for Medical Issues


Erik Menéndez returned to prison after being temporarily Transferred to a hospital in San Diego Last month for what his lawyer described as a “serious medical condition”, reports TMZ.

“My father got out of the hospital and back in prison, preparing for our next parole hearing,” said Erik’s daughter-in-law, Talia MenéndezShared via Instagram stories during the weekend, depending on the point of sale.

“Today, Erik has undergone a 2nd surgical intervention. This surgery has succeeded. He will need a 3rd surgery which, hopefully, will happen soon,” wrote Tammi. “Because Erik is in prison, there are a lot of complications and delays with surgery. Tonight, he remains nauseous and suffers from surgery.”

She added: “We thank everyone for their good wishes and prayers. Complications occur in surgery, but it is a very stressful moment for us. In addition, we are grateful to the CRT and medical staff who have done their best in this difficult situation. ”

On July 22, Erik’s lawyer and brother Lyle Menéndez, Mark Geragostold TMZ that Erik knew a medical emergency, although it was not more elaborated in the exact state of Erik.
