After hearing his comments, social media broke out with mixed opinions and emotions.
“Miley Cyrus is not false, however,” wrote a person alongside a photo of Demi Lovato And Crow. “Disney has built a lot of careers from gay actors.”
“She raised a whole generation of girls and gays, and I’m so proud to be part of it,” said another.
“I understood this immediately because not only had the best shows, but it was certainly more friendly LGBTQ,” said a third.

Others, however, were not fans of the way Miley approached the subject. “Let’s not treat gays as an aesthetic challenge,” wrote an X user.
