“Listen, I have a pulmonary condition to be in prison,” said Julie, 52 years old “Chrisley Confessions 2.0” podcast. “You will probably notice me at times, trying to breathe like breathing.”

Julie and Todd, 56, said that her pulmonary problem was because of all the “black molds” and “asbestos” that she was surrounded by prison. (Julie was detained at the FMC Lexington in Kentucky.)

“This is something we have to tackle at the moment,” Todd told listeners about the health of his wife. “This week, you have an appointment with the doctor with a pulmonary specialist who will do tests on you.”

Todd and Julie spent 28 months in prison after being convicted of tax evasion as well as charges of banks and thread in 2022. They were released in May after being pardoned by President Donald Trump.
