Why Todd and Julie Chrisley’s Life Is ‘Rougher’ After Prison
Todd And Julie Chrisley become real on life after prison.
“I actually talked to some of the women with whom I was in prison with whom they are already at home, whatever,” said Julie, 52, on Wednesday, July 23, episode of their Podcast “Chrisley Confessions 2.0”. “We all have this general consensus which – it’s a bit weird to say it.”
Todd, 56, sounded, adding: “No, it’s not weird. Life is harsher than life in prison.”
Todd continued that it was “a sad thing to say”, but it’s true.
“It’s so horrible, the conditions for which you are there, but it is from a physical point of view,” he explained. “But from an emotional and psychological point of view, it is more difficult to treat day by day.”
Julie said that while during the prison, she knew “that you have no control” and “there is very little that you can do”, which changed her state of mind.
“People told me that when I got there: you can’t live there and here at the same time,” she added. “Because it will literally be crazy, and that’s the truth. The more you are there, the more you become in the world. ”

Todd and Julie agreed that sleep has been the greatest difficulty for them since his release from prison.
“I went to prison for 28 months. I never had trouble sleeping. Maybe, because I was not fighting with everyone,” said Todd. “Let me tell you something, the members of my crowd – otherwise known as Cran Chrisley – they are the ones who kept me awake all these years.”
