Courtney Thorne-Smith Files for Divorce From Husband of 18 Years
Ancient Melrose Place star Courtney Thorne-Smith would have asked for her husband’s divorce, Roger FishmanAfter 18 years of marriage.
Thorne-Smith, 57, said in court documents obtained by Tmz That she separated from Fishman, 66, in September 2021, but that she was now only going to divorce. It would have cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split of the couple.
Fishman and Thorne-Smith were married on New Year’s Day in 2007 and welcomed the son Jacob Emerson Fishman in January 2008. In his divorce petition, Thorne-Smith would have asked for the 17-year-old legal and physical custody of her 17-year-old son and renounced his right to support the spouse.
