The criticism came from a Tiktok user named Landon, who told his unpleasant experience at the Stoney Clover Lane store during his purchases with his mother and sister. Ignoring at the beginning that Lively was in the store, Landon said that she had quickly noticed the “rude” tone of the actress with the staff.
